Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was created to provide eligible households with discounted broadband service. Assurance Wireless offers a FREE cell phone and FREE cell phone service, including free Unlimited Monthly Data, Text and Minutes, to qualified customers.

he Transit Assistance Program (TAP) is designed to make public transit more affordable for people with lower incomes. TAP provides a year-long reduced fare pass on a Go-To Card. It allows customers to use a bus or train for just $1 per ride – even during rush hour – with a 2½ hour transfer.

Hope 4 Youth a drop-in center for youth experiencing homelessness (16-24 years old), open Monday through Thursday, 11 am-7 pm and Fridays, 11 am-5 pm.
Every youth that both calls and stays here should be told about H4Y’s services. They have laundry machines, computers, showers, a clothing closet, lockers, resources such as food and hygiene as well as Case Management services.
